if i dont have any software or anything for bluetooth installed on my computer and then i put the USB BlueTooth Blue Tooth 100M Wireless Dongle Adapter into my computer will it let me send songs to my phone and will i have bluetooth on my computer?

there should be a disc with the bluetooth adapter, install this software first and then connect the adapter or insert it when instructed to do so by the software and then you will be able to connect to any bluetooth device including your phone
