Have just got a new mobile and want to move pics of old phone on to it, if i use bluetooth will there be a charge?
Blue tooth?
No charge for bluetooth - it is a local technology that doesn't use the mobile network infrastructure
Reply:no
Reply:nope..bluetooth is FREE! :-)
Reply:no bluetooth just connects with items wirlessly like computer, PDA's and bluetooth headsets. if u wanted to send stuff from ur computer to phone u need to make sure your computer is wirlessely enabled. if it isn't you can buy a thing called a bluetooth dongle from phone shops or similar.
Reply:No charge.... just pair them up and away you go.
Reply:Bluetooth is actually "free" when u want to use the feature when sending across pics, txts and even videos/mp3s, as long as the other receiver's phone/device has the bluetooth feature in it. It's sort of like sending things infra-red(but u don't need to be directly at it, like u need to be for infra-red), but Bluetooth is like a radio-transmitting technology! I hope this solves your question!
Reply:Get both phones to recognise each other, then send what you want to save from the old phone to the new phone. When your new phone asks do you want to accept the item from the old phone say yes. Job done
Reply:No
