I downloaded bluetooth but when I plug in my phone and click the icon to continue to install it is says no bluetooth item was detected. Please make sure that your blue tooth device is plugged in and properly in order to continue installation.
It makes a sound when I plug it in or unplug it but by the time the icon isn't there that says safely remove hardware.

You have to turn the phone to discoverable, then find the phone with the pc.
Reply:Did you insert the Bluetooth Dongle and not the cellphone? Those are two different things. Then, you need to use the Bluetooth drivers usually included with the Dongle.
