I have a samsung m300 phone with a Jabra bluetooth headset and service with sprint. I can get the phone to recongnize the device, I enter in my pin then whenever the phone it says its pairing I repeadtly get a pairing failed message. Any ideas how I can get this contraption to work? Thank you SO much. Have a great weekend. Both pieces are new, and yes the blue tooth is on.

Are you using the correct PIN code? By default, it should either be 0-0-0-0 or 1-2-3-4. :) Hope this helps!
