we tried 2 different phones, and it says enter secure password on the phones, we didn't put a password on it, how can I get it off the headset so I can use my blue tooth again?????????
Motorola h500 blue tooth headset has a secure password on it that i didn't put on it, it won't connect it
All bluetooth headsets are pre-loaded with "0000" as the passkey. If this does not work take it back to where you got it from.
