Ok I have several ring tones that have been blue toothed to me that I can blue tooth to someone else, but ring tones I have purchased myself will not let me send to anyone else! I dont understand why, like when I search through my ringtones the have a little lock by the title so I can only listen to it or use it. Is there anyway I can unlock it or make it able to be blue toothed to someone elses phone??

Unfortunately no. The little lock prevents you from fowarding and sharing that tone that is purchased. The reason you have had tones bluetoothed to you is because those were made through other means. I make my own ringtones (any song I want), and they allow me to send because they dont have that encryption on it. I've spent a lot of time trying to get rid of it but it can't be done.
Reply:impossible witout bitpim, a program that can unlock anything in your phone, requires a usb cable for your phone though. the reason its not allowed is the same reason that there's copyrights on songs now, one person buys and shares with all their friends, therefore decreasing sales.
