i cant find out how to work my blue tooth on my phone. i want to get recieve ringtones through it but i cant seem to have my friends find my device. its turned on but it just cant be located. why is that. what do i need to do to recieve ringtones?

Some phones, notably BlackBerry handsets, need to be paired with the device that is sending the data. Try that and see if it works, buddy.
