ok well i have the new cingular at %26amp; t phone in the dark gray and idk how to blue tooth! please help

Do you mean use a wireless headset (using bluetooth technology?)
Go into the tools menu...go to bluetooth...it will either say search or find device...at this time you want to power on your bt headset (after fully charging it)...then press ok on your phone to search...it will find your headset, the name of your headset will appear on your phone...press ok. It will then ask you for a 4 digit code, which is almost always 0000. The phone will ask if you would like to connect...say yes or press ok. You will be connected and ready to talk...after this you will just have to connect if you disconnect.
