What's the difference between a blue tooth capeable cell phone and a built in blue tooth cel?

Does one include the blue tooth accessories?

What's the difference between a blue tooth capeable cell phone and a built in blue tooth cel?
Let me ask you one thing whats the difference between a 4 leg capable cat and a cat with 4 legs.

its the same.
Reply:? It's the same thing. If a cell phone's is bluetooth capeable, so it's got a built in bluetooth.

Bye!
Reply:It sounds like Blue Tooth Capable would require a plug in, but Built In would connect automatically or only needs software to connect.
Reply:Bluetooth would allow you to use bluetooth wireless headsets and what not, and communication with other devices of that nature. You can control Lego Mindstorms robots with a bluetooth cell phone, I always thought that was pretty interesting! For most people though, it doesn't really matter.
Reply:one cell has blue tooth already intalled a phone, and one phone, you can add the blue tooth optional
