what is the best blue tooth on the market to get rid of all background noise please help

The only background noise I've ever heard on bluetooth was that of my immediate surroundings.
I don't know that they're made but you'd have to look specifically for "noise cancelling" headphones. it would have to fit "on" your ear and not "in" as typical bluetooth headsets do.
