Blue tooth is a form of short range wireless networking. In short if you have two blue tooth capable devices they should be able to communicate. Send ringers, photos, schedules from your phone to your computer and vais versa. You can also use devices like wireless blue tooth headsets(very cool by the way).

I am looking to buy a blue tooth car kit that does not need to be professionaly installed (just one that will clip onto the visor or something). Anyone have any recommendations? I'd like one that shows the incoming call # and with voice dialing. Thanks a bunch!

Why wont my blue tooth connect to my phone??

I use my blue tooth every day. Its charged and its programmed to my phone but today it wont connect! I hit "connect" then it trys to connect but then nothing?????!!

Your phone might not be the same way, but when my phone (Razr) is low and soon needs the battery recharged, my bluetooth won't connect to it or it will but then it will disconnect once the battery of the phone gets down to a certain point...likely to conserve the battery on the phone.





You might want to ensure that you have at least 2 bars when using the bluetooth...don't know if that is the reason on your phone but do know it's the case for mine.

Reply:My dad's just did this, his setting had somehow been messed up and he had to correct it.
Reply:maybe your bluetooth head set is broke...try hooking up another headset to your phone....it's called troubleshooting.
Reply:Go into your settings, and ensure the bluetooth function is enabled. You may have to reconnect the headset to our phone. You'll have to refer to your bluetooth headset documentation to find out exactly how to do that.
Reply:I have found that a weak batery is the most likely the problem. If you have anything magnetic near it it will interfer with transmissions.

it kills my ears. it's one of those that you buy at walmart for 18 bucks. well i was wondering if there was a way i could convert the audio signal coming out of the 2.5mm jack into a bluetooth adapter that way i could use it with a handless blue tooth kit like this one on ebay:

Yes there are such adapters. Radio Shack actually carries a couple. Before you go and buy one though, you should look at http://bluetooth.com/bluetooth/ to see what is compatible with your model phone. Or you may invest in a new cell phone with blue tooth technology, because the adapters cost around the same price as a new cell phone would.

Why wont my blue tooth stay connected to my ps3?

ok so it used to be that whenever i turned on the ps3 and went straight to call of duty 4 my blue tooth would always work. but now i start the game and the litlle mic icon next to ur psn id in the cod4 lobby doesnt show up so i have to quit the game go to settings and connect it again. and i have to this everytime now when i never had to before. anyone know the problem?

It could be that there's a internal problem with your head piece, or your ps3 just isn't detecting it. Make sure your settings are correct and maybe switch the battery out of your head set, if there is one?
